Insurance policy during shipment
Insurance covers the total price of the order in the case of loss or damage during the transportation.
The client making the order has the right for complete or partial compensation.

Insurance price:
For each additional $100.00 taken $1.00.

Example
Total price $257.00
The order is insured for the sum of $300.00.
$100.00 of insurance is free. Charged additional $2.00.
The insurance is included into the price of delivery.

Lost or damaged Packages

EnergyofLife.ca cannot be held liable for damage to the package during shipment. If damage or loss of package occurs during shipment, it is the responsibility of the customer to contact a postal company office to file a claim. If there are any questions, please email us with any questions or concerns that postal company has in regards to the shipment. We will provide all of the necessary information to postal company within a reasonable timeframe.


Return policy
